Returns
What if I want to return something?
If you wish to return a product, please mailto:contact@trikespares.shop within 7 days of receiving your order. The product needs to be returned to us at your own expense in an unused, resalable condition. You are responsible for repackaging the item, so please hold on to the packaging materials until you are certain that your order fulfils your needs. There will be a 20% restocking charge. No unauthorised returns will be accepted for credit.

What happens if I believe my items have been damaged in transit?
Please carefully inspect each box or package of your order as soon as it arrives, and note any damage or missing items straight away. If you do have any damage or missing items please let us know within 3 working days by emailto:contact@trikespares.shop together with pictures clearly showing the problem. Goods that are deemed damaged by situational influences will not be accepted. Claims in respect of Delivery notes signed ‘unchecked’ will be not accepted should goods be found subsequently damaged.
We will get back to you with how best to resolve things for you. Sadly claims for damages in transit after 3 working days cannot be accepted.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
